DOUBLE KINEMATIC SUPPORT SYSTEM (PATENT RIGHT OBTAINED)

 

The great thermo-mechanical stability of the El.En.laser resonator allows use in the most extreme industrial conditions. The innovative double kinematics support system guarantees total disjunction between the laser performances and the mechanical and thermo-mechanical movements of the chassis.
This patented solution gives to the resonator an exceptional stability and repeatability in long and short term.

 


Oil Free Compressors

 

The laser source is equipped with latest developed oil-free compressors, which preventing laser source from potential damage from oil molecule to greatly extend the maintenance cycle, as well as overall equipment lifespan.


Modular switch mode power supplies

 

The application of DC modular semiconductor power supplies, entirely and specifically designed by El.En guarantees an exceptional performances, electrical efficiency, simple and economical production. Both Blade & Compact laser sources are designed with a modular concept, with great advantages in reliability and simplicity for service. As each power supply module can work individually, the failure of certain one module will not effect the operating of other power modules. Productive efficiency is greatly improved since the maintenance of laser source can proceed without shutting it down.

  • IPGs low-order-mode kilowatt class fiber lasers range in power from 500 W to 50 kW, operating in CW or modulated modes up to 20 kHz with wall-plug efficiencies greater than 30%. 
  • IPG lasers divergence specifications are far superior than other lasers and allow the use of long focal length processing lenses  for vastly improved depth of field, less damage to optical components and are ideal for remote welding applications. 
  • Fiber lasers deliver their energy through an integrated flexible optical fiber.
